Room & indoor pool were great. Loved the mini kitchen area in the room, Great for families. Located in a great area in the town of Clovis, NM. Next to food, Walmart & Starbucks. Clean facility all around and 24 hour front desk! Breakfast was good, waffles were delicious.

A little more effort should go into cleaning the rooms,, especially vacuuming the rooms and having available bedding for sofa bed in room. When I pulled out the sofa bed, there was a bunch of trash and dust where under the sofa is. After seeing that, made me feel a little iffy of the cleanliness of the entire room.

Very nice

The fireworks that people were setting off in front of the hotel. Hard to fall asleep and scare our dog we had with us. Was a little confused about our room not being cleaned when we requested it.

Brand new hotel with great amenities. We felt very relaxed.

There were an inconvenient because we were charged 40 $ more than we should pay. After a couple of days and many mails and calls the hotel give us 20$ back but we still don't have the rest. It's just ridicoulus that old-established firm have problem with 20 $! I'm seriously considering staying at Hilton hotels in the future.

"Surprised by kitchen area"
