"Not towels."

The room was not very clean. There was hair in the shower, on the floor and the counter tops. There were no towels in the room and I had to go to the front desk to get towels for the room.

I would like to recommend that you reserve a few rooms as "no pets" rooms. Our room, especially the sofa had white dog hair all over it. My husband is highly allergic to cat hair, so a room that never houses pets as guests would be nice for us. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and hotel is very nice. This was our 4th stay and we will certainly be back.

very nice facilities, very clean and friendly. great to have a hotel away from the railroad tracks. rooms were very generous and would be great for longer stays

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and for breakfast they had a good variety of choices to pick from.

We did have an issue with the air conditioner but when we let the staff know they took care of it right away.
