Close to a bus stop to get to Heathrow.

Room too hot, no ventilation. Although a kettle & cups were supplied £4 for a tea caddy was ridiculous. Food choice very limited. Noisy room at night, exploit the customers because of it's position. Our hotel in Norway is such better value and much better quality. £120 for B&B and an evening meal.

location of the hotel was convenient to Heathrow.

Our 2-bed room was right beside the entrance to the elevators and with the entrance door opening and closing regularly which made the location noisy. We asked to be moved but were told the hotel was fully booked so we had to stay in the room. The bathroom had black mould on the ceiling and some of the tiles. It needed a good cleaning. Disappointed with the room.

Location was convenient for the airport. Room was clean.

Not great for food options outside of the hotel. The shuttle bus for the airport did not turn up - but not the hotel's fault! And we appreciated a member of staff coming to update us on that.
