There are at least 3 Ibis hotels in this same street. When I received the confirmation it has the Ibis name but not the exact address which meant we travelled by bus to 2 wrong hotels before the correct one with one of the Ibis hotel staff giving us incorrect information on which one we should go to next. Made for a long night after a long flight. It would be very very helpful (we weren't the only guests to do this) if this was made very clear in confirmation emails as to the fact there are 3 on the one very long street and which to go to

Just arrived on w end coach trip chaos expected cause 2 coaches in got to desk girl said breakfast 8.30 I said we are leaving at 10 to 9 she just shrugged hot to room on 5th floor after long day kettle in room but sign says go buy coffee pack from bar don't agree but could have said when in reception stains all over carpet not sure what breakfast will be like or even allowed have any
