Nice location

Room was not clean and we had to wait 45 minutes for house keeping to clean. We checked in after 3pm.

Close to my work venue.

Customer service. Microwave not working. No ice machine on premises. Bugs in/on bed mattress and in & around kitchen sink area....

Easy to get to

Didn't realize the window was unlocked and open until the morning. Not sure if the room was looked at before renting. It was cold in the morning and very loud and we noticed the windows was open 3" and the screen was crooked. Our remote needed batteries too. No big issues except we are 2 women on the ground floor and the window wigged us out. I should've checked window but so should the hotel.

No one there at the front desk. I was knocked for 15 minutes. No answer. I was calling 500 later

There is no bath soap, lotion or anything.

Dear booking.com, I'm writing to request a refund for my recent booking. Unfortunately, the accommodation fell short of expectations. The toilet wasn't working properly for a whole night, and when I complained the next morning, it took multiple calls for assistance, who didn't arrive on time. Additionally, the floor was sticky and uncomfortable to walk on, and excessive noise from the neighbor below was a disturbance. To make matters worse, when I requested a late check-out of 15-30 minutes, I was told I would have to pay an additional $25, which I found unacceptable given the subpar service I received. I've stayed at 5-star hotels before and never been treated like this."

Staff was nice. Thoug they are not being supported by the company they work for.

Terrible smells in the hallways and rooms. Stains all over the carpets. No housekeeping.

Cockroaches in Room. That should be all i need to say.
