Was very accommodating during my time there

Was unable to check in to the property. Moved and packed a U-Haul all day and night. Arrived around 3am. No one was there to check me in. Called the property multiple times and no answer. Supposedly someone stays on call to check you in.

Taylor the GM was incredibly rude on the phone with me. Took over a week to get her on the phone. Her staff left her multiple messages to call me regarding not being able to be checked in and to refund me. I finally called back and got a hold of her after almost a week. She was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She stated we were a no call no show and she would not be refunding our money which is crucial at this time. As we are homeless. She showed no concern what so ever. Very unhelpful and combative. Come to find out upon calling corporate she had checked us in and out as if we staid there. I am still awaiting a call from the area manager Mike. No response after waiting for 8 or more days for him to call me back. Very disappointed!!!

Efficient front desk person

No clean rooms available

Floors were very dirty. Needs mopping or sweep. Toliet dont flush. Sheets were dirty with red stains. The ceiling had cracks leaking. Probably wont book with them again.

Sink on the bathroom would drain very slow. Didn’t like the fact that the front desk closed at night never experience any property like that.

Does not clean room and change towels daily
