WoodSpring Suites Cedar Park - Austin North

They said free wifi available but there was no WiFi at all . Need to take a package for wifi if needed . Also they don’t have any complimentary breakfast . They literally have one soap bar and one set of shampoo and conditioner . Overall rating 3out of 5

First staying at Woodsprings, lived the room small but roomie. Loved staying here.

Nothing. The staff was nice and pleasant.

The cigarette stinking up the tiny gym. The room not having towels in the bathroom, and though pleasant the staff not being able to give enough for our family to have one each. The room smelt like farts, and only two pillows on queen size bed. Bugs, saying good morning to other guest in the hallway is one thing saying to bugs is a whole other thing.

I made a reservation for 2 nights through Booking.com, providing all my personal information and credit card details. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that they had no rooms available. The next day, I returned and they finally had one available, which they assigned to me. However, the issue is that I was charged for 2 nights through Booking.com and 1 additional night directly by the hotel. Booking.com has not provided any response regarding my refund request, and they no longer reply to my messages. Terrible service.

The room was clean and spacious

Thin walls and dirty hallway floors.

Comfortable and peaceful.

Very professional and convenient.
