This is intended as an extended stay, which I didn't realize. No soap, cups, toilet paper, etc. It should be made clear to guest that it's not for overnights.

Couldn’t get clean towels, toiletries, toilet paper, bed made or basic service of any kind. Front desk says ‘This ain’t no Marriott.’ Handwritten signs all over the place telling guests to plunge their own toilets and take out their own trash. Hotel smelled strong of marijuana. Dog excretion in elevators and hallways. Ended up buying toiletries, towels and pillows at Target because I didn’t have time to shop for another hotel. Will not be back, do not recommend.

It was the worst.

The front desk staff had us waiting to check in my parents for more than 1 hour. Sad that the front desk lady was getting screamed at by a male guest and the manager was there and did not intervene to help her. The hotel reeked like marijuana. My parents left before check out time due to how uncomfortable they felt! Will never book her again! Save your money and skip this place!!

We booked this hotel because it was walking distance from our venue. But it was overbooked, so we were sent 15 miles away.

Convenient and quiet, exactly what we needed. A great deal for a nice hotel. Would definitely recommend!

When we got there to check in we were told that they had overbooked and we have no room. We had book in advance and there were plenty of rooms at the time we booked. Rather on a who showed up first basis it should have been on who booked first. No apology, no call or contact to even let us know they cancelled our reservation because they were over booked. This is terrible hotel policy.

Great location

When it was time to book in front desk guy was busy on the phone with a girl arguing instead of checking me and another customer in. Also when I went inside my room there was no blankets on the bed or covers I literally had to go to family house to get blankets to sleep with. Also was double charged during check in on two separate accounts when I told the front desk I’ve already paid he charged the card on file anyway
