Ammoa Luxury Hotel & Spa Resort

It's our third visit of Ammoa, and my first review:) for this magnificent resort. First of all I will give 10/10 for the personal at reception for helping and explaining every detail and even more. Rooms are very spacious, well designed, maintained and equipped. This time we had Deluxe Sea front room with private pool, which is great experience and recommendation to choose if you decide to spent you vacation in Ammoa. The only advantage of the rooms with a Lateral (side) sea view with private pool is that there is sun until later. ( so if you want to stay in water longer and to see the sunset, choose the lateral side :) ) We stayed on Half Board basis and the food was excellent quality and with a very good choice, both at breakfast and evening meal. A negative point this year is the borrowing of beach towels by leaving a card and returning it / picking up the card after returning the towel. For this type of hotel it is much more appropriate to leave beach towels in the room and return / replace them by the maintenance staff... I speak from personal experience when visiting other resorts in and outside Greece. I hope that the management will find the most appropriate solution. Cleaning needs to be improved, supervision is needed to conduct random checks after cleaning, because at least for my room I can confirm that it was not cleaned properly several times. The hotel is situated on a beautiful beach in a very quiet location. We will definitely be visiting again.

A very successful vacation,everything is superlative! The rooms are very spacious, clean, friendly staff. Varied breakfast. This is the third time we have come to this hotel. We would love to return to this warm and friendly place! I recommend this hotel!!!

Absolutely fabulous tranquil hotel, fantastic food, all the staff so lovely and helpful, it was our second visit and we will be back. Our baby son 21months loved the super clean pools and pristine beach. Next level to most supposed 5* hotels

The hotel is located at a big, beautiful beach. Great sunrise and sunset views. The sea was crystal clear. The room was incredible! Spacy, great view, nice decoration. The pool in the garden floor room was a real bonus! Open buffet breakfast and meals were also very good. Good selection of foods, rich variety. Polite staff.

Nicest room we have ever stayed in. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Really friendly & helpful staff. Food was excellent although hot food could sometimes be only warm. Hotel was a little bit remote but staff ordered taxis on request.

This was our second visit to this fabulous Hotel in Nikiti, mainland Greece. We had booked a Deluxe Sea View room but on arrival were upgraded to a Deluxe Sea View room with swim up pool. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained and equipped. Only one improvement needed here for me - remove the policy of charging for additional coffee capsules once the six provided have been used up. Such a policy seems a little out of place for a hotel of this quality. We stayed on Half Board basis and the food was excellent quality and with a very good choice, both at breakfast and evening meal. The only suggestion I have to improve on this would be to have an egg station where eggs are cooked to order, rather than the current policy of cooking eggs and then keeping them warm in a tray under a lamp for people to help themselves, which often resulted in the eggs being cold by the time you came to eat them. The hotel is situated on a beautiful beach in a very quiet location. There are plentiful sun loungers on the beach and around the pool and it made a very nice change not to have to rush out in the morning to secure a spot. Food and drinks are available throughout the day at the pool bar and the food was of a very high standard. Finally, a big shout out to the staff - very friendly and professional, with any issues being dealt with very quickly. We will definitely be visiting again.

The hotel is new and very beautiful, a lot of facilities. The stuff was very grateful and always helped and asked if everything is ok. The rooms are amazing, the view is stunning! The breakfast is very good. There is a kids club, tennis court, gym, Pilates studio, spa.

Second year in a row visiting this hotel. I love the amenities, the personnel, the location and the fact that it never feels packed even when it is full! Will be back next year as well.

This is a new hotel, at a windy, but very nice location with clean but cold and very salty sea water. Unfortunately, the beach is very close to the noisy main road and there are no sound barriers at the road. Many important small things are missing: The toilets and dressing rooms are nice but at only one place on the beach. The showers only on 2 spots and already in bad shape. The tap water is very salty. The main restorant is overcrowded, only two coffee mashines, out of which one was not operational for 5/10 days of our stay. The coffee from the machines was salty all the time. Frequent lack of dishes for soup and icecream, no small spoons, very small glasses for water. Soups are always cold. The service in the restaurant is poor. Nice gym, but almost no other entertainment program. Very limited availability of TV channels. No wifi internet and TV for 4/10 days Only one computer in the business center with no licence for MS Office or alternatives. Terrible smell in the area dedicated for sports.

The hotel was great. The only problem of the hotel was the service. The food quality could be better. If you stay in this hotel you better eat in the villages around.
