Sıcakkanlı ve özverili çalışanlar, temiz ve bakımlı. Tek kusuru sanayi'nin içinde olması, bazen biraz gürültülü olabiliyor, ama sadece yatmaya ve erken kalkma niyeti ile kalacaksanız sorun yok.

Bon sejour. L'hotel est tres bien Les alentours sont surprenants (casse autos). C'est juste un peu loin du centre ville de trabzon .Il faut prendre la voiture et la circulation est intense!

New and excellent lodging. 100 m from the bus station makes for a great start. The room had everything you need. Super friendly staff. Clean. And one outstanding breakfast...Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations. And by the way, yes it is in the "car repair" part of town. No problem, let's remember those hard working guys are the ones keeping your car on the road.

friendly and helpful boss, and great location to the bus station! everything was functional and quite clean. as we had an early bus, the boss kindly arranged an early breakfast for us.

room was stuffy - no aircon, only heater which we didn’t turn on

Personelle ilgili bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Ama otel sanayinin içinde sabah 7.30 da çekiç sesleri başladı. Otelin konumu çok kötü. Ben kahvaltı yapmadım. Eşim kahvaltıdan sonra gastroenterit oldu. Haşlanmış yumurtanın birkaç günlük olduğundan şüphelenmiştik. Muhtemelen ondan dolayı. Puanına bakıp seçmiştik ama bizim için hayal kırıklığı oldu.
