Everything was very good, the stuff was very kind very helpful, our room was so clean, calm and comfortable it was larger than I imagined. The breakfast was really good especially the "kısır". the women who works during breakfast time was very kind and smiley. The location is good it is near the city bus station "otogar" you can find many busses there that takes you anywhere. The hotel is great value for the price I really recommend it

The location is good but the surrounding area is like industrial place, but it wasn't a problem for me

Good place for a night stay. Limited breakfast. Neighborhood wasn’t great. Staff were extremely welcoming. In-room facilities were awesome.

it was a nice stay.when you go to the hotel the place where is located is bad place .its between car service shops .but when you get inside the hotel it is an other world.clean.good service.good people specialy mr zafir the owner.its alow price .if i come back to trabzon i well go to this hotel
