Clean flat.

Great location - a walk over the road and the beach is there. Walk down the road and you get to the harbour and central area of Kato Paphos. Buses out side flat ( even airport one. Great restaurants a few doors down . We had some great sunsets from the balcony. Any issues were quickly dealt with . Loved it would stay again

The apartment is ideally located, with plenty of tavernas, cafes, bistros, and supermarkets nearby for everyday needs. It’s also within walking distance of the harbour, which makes exploring the area easy and enjoyable. A bus stop is conveniently situated right below the apartment, offering great access to public transport. The air conditioning units worked perfectly throughout our stay, and the water pressure was consistently strong.

The apartment is located on the first floor and does not have elevator access. While towels and linen were provided, we were unable to wash them due to a persistent error with the washing machine that could not be resolved. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the ensuite shower drain. Although the management made efforts to address the issue, the smell remained and was quite bothersome. We also noticed that there were no cloths available for drying dishes or cups.

The balcony was the only enjoyment.

The smell within this apartment was awful, no words can describe how bad it was. Bedding was stained and didn’t smell fresh. The toaster, hairdryer and iron had the old style plugs and we couldn’t use them as no plug supplied. Exposed electrical cable on stairs walk way that’s dangerous for young children. Down lights in some of the room flickering. Could use the washing machine due to being stuck on error code E02. Sofa bed had food and dust within the storage unit, chairs and wall’s stained Some shutters and windows didn’t even open. Luckily we only stayed for two nights and put up with the horrendous smell and didn’t contact anyone as we definitely wouldn’t stay in any of the properties provided by this company! Misleading from description and photos on booking.

Μια πολύ κακή εμπειρία.

Το βράδυ η μυρωδιά από τις αποχετεύσεις ήταν ανυπόφορη. Ήρθε την επομένη άτομο δικό τους να ελέγξει και διαπίστωσε ότι όντως δεν μπορούσαμε να μείνουμε και 2ο βράδυ εκεί. "Έχετε δίκιο, θα το μεταφέρω", είπε. Παίρνουμε ξανά την κοπέλα γιατί δε μας πήρε κάποιος μετά, η λύση τους ήταν να ξαναπληρώσουμε αν θέλαμε για άλλο δωμάτιο! Και να ζητήσουμε από booking refund για το 2ο βράδυ (μέρος του κόστους: 70 ευρώ από τα 110). Καμία προσπάθεια να μας ικανοποιήσουν εφόσον μείναμε άυπνοι και ξαπλώσαμε στο σαλόνι το 1ο βράδυ (δε θέλαμε λεφτά...). "Ναι έχετε δίκιο, αλλά το κλείσατε μέσω booking και δεν μπορούμε να κάνουμε κάτι άλλο." Πραγματικά ήταν ανυπόφορη η δυσωδία από αποχετεύσεις - δεν είμαστε υπερβολικοί! Μακριά από τη συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία. Όταν ζητήσαμε υπεύθυνο μας είπε να στείλουμε μέιλ... (φωτογραφία για το ότι αναγκαστήκαμε να κοιμηθούμε στον καναπέ και να ανοίξουμε την μπαλκονόπορτα με όλο τον θόρυβο από τη λεωφόρο Ποσειδώνος). Ευχαριστούμε την Booking για τη βοήθεια και την παρέμβαση! Χωρίς αυτούς δε θα παίρναμε ούτε καν τα 70 ευρώ από τα 220 για δύο βράδια.

I didn't like the outdoor area. There were also some small problems like the washing machine not working, the air conditioner in the living room was broken and made a lot of noise and there was no remote control for the TV. We reported all of this to the property managers but no one ever came to fix it or even bring us the remote control for the TV.
