The accommodation basically presented itself as advertised. Would return to this place. Customer services were very responsive and reliable anytime.

Look, marketing talks of "luxury accommodation". But you need to be aware that the "American-type" luxury is quite low-quality. Meaning: furniture is not sturdy and shows tear quickly. Appliances in bath and kitchen are wobbly and partly come out of the wall. In short: no comparison with true European quality work - but it's quite normal in this type of accommodation in the US.

Location.

Master bathroom sink was clogged & was never cleared despite multiple complaints. Toaster had a wire sticking out of it (!) & was IMO unavailable. It was replaced the 5th day of our 6-day of our stay. Windows went from floor to ceiling. Bedroom blinds did not have a black out feature. We’re useless. Like sleeping in a bedroom with no shades at noon on a cloudy day. Bathrooms were minimal. Not even a ledge or shelf in shower to place shampoo bottle or soap. Insufficient lighting in bathroom, like host used two 25 watt bulbs when fixture called for four 60 watt bulbs. Many people f walls were marred; place needed a coat of paint. Several more issues but in short the name “Luxury” is a misnomer. Sadly the name is no more than hyperbole. Despite the passage of over a week, the franchise has not addressed my concerns.

The apartment was spacious, modern, and very clean. The location was perfect—walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the train station. The check-in process was smooth and the building felt safe and quiet.

Everything was excellent. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.

El departamento es amplio, luminoso, moderno y bien decorado. La cama cómoda y la cocina muy bien equipada. Atento a los detalles. El edificio es hermoso.

No funcionó el aire acondicionado y no logramos q lo solucionen durante nuestra estadía. Lo reclamamos y respondieron “cuánto lamento q no funcione” dos días después.

Being in an apartment building for an actual stay instead of a house was a first for myself and the family but overall a good stay.

Booking was for 5 sleeping at the property but bedding was only provided for 4. We didn't receive pool bands and so pool access was tricky. Floor to ceiling windows and beautiful view- dirty windows.
