I wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my stay for several reasons. First, the unit came with only one FOB, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the appliances were subpar—specifically, the toaster did not work. The apartment also had an unpleasant smell, which made my stay uncomfortable. The check-in process was especially frustrating. Getting the apartment code was a nightmare, and I was forced to spend the weekend in a hotel due to the delays. Given these issues, I cannot say I was a happy customer. I wanted to bring these concerns to your attention in the hope that future guests won’t face similar difficulties

I would give 0 stars if I could. My stay was mostly pleasant, until I requested to extend my stay. I am here on a work trip indefinitely until we hire a replacement employee for the area I was staying. I gave them two weeks notice for the stay extension and they requested I pay up front and sign a lease, to which I obliged. I understood this was an apartment and I was staying over a month at that point. THE DAY that my original stay ended, I was on location for work taking appointments and I received a text saying that my stay could not be renewed due to my credit score. They gave me a minuscule fraction of the notice that I gave them and they did not even give me time to offer them a co-signer before they refunded me and locked me out. I canceled my sessions for the rest of the day as soon as I received the text, a loss on daily revenue for the company, and as soon as I arrived I could no longer access the apartment to gather my things. They had already changed the digital door code. I spoke to a wonderful apartment concierge who called this third party company for me and they gave me a temporary access code and just 30mins to get my things. The absolute lack of respect for their guests is appalling to say the least. I have never been treated so poorly by a company that is supposed to be a place of hospitality. I will never book through them again.

Location

Host was extremely difficult to get in touch with and problem was not fixed and had to chase the host several times to move apartments in the end.

"Fantastic"

I was very impressed with this "hotel". It is more of an AirBB as your unit is an apartment in an apartment building with permant residents. It comes nicely furnished, including basic kitchen essentials (like service for four, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc). All of the amenities are modern, and the in-unit washer dryer is a huge plus. I also really appreciated some of the welcome gifts, including some coffee/tea, laundry detergent, and your basic hygiene essentials. Property communicates with you regularly and gives you good information for a contactless check-in and check-out. The only detraction is the thin walls. It was very difficult for me to sleep because of the noise in the surrounding units. Dogs barking, TVs blaring, kids screaming, etc. I turned on some white noise and was fine, but just be aware that there's a lot of commotion in the surrounding units.

The setup of the apartment.

We were supposed to have 2 queen beds and we had a king and twin beds. The washing machine took 3 hours per load. The fob and key never worked. The man at the desk was useless and didn’t care that we couldn’t get into our apartment. We had to call Global, leave a message and wait and wait. We got tired waiting so we went to the game room to sit down. Finally a man called and he said he would be right up to unlock the door and he did. He changed the battery. I asked him did the man at the front desk have his number to call when someone needed help and he said yes. So why did we have to call Global, waste time, get aggravated? Again the young man at the front desk was useless and makes your company look bad. We were supposed to have free bottled water and there was none. We had 1 bath towel in the master bedroom for 2 of us for 6 nights. We had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 of us for 6 days. The TV didn’t come with directions. There was no Wi-Fi. I called prior to coming and asked if there’ll was a dolly there because I am disabled and need medical equipment brought in. I was told yes and when we arrived there was no dolly but grocery cart. By the way when we checked out a different man was at the front desk and he got the dolly for us and was most helpful. He made your company look good. We had a lot of inconveniences, aggravation and time wasted . Every time we called Global we waited a long time for someone to answer and it was only a tape We never spoke to a person. We deserve a refund for no service when there was a problem. You never said you’re on your own, good luck and don’t expect any immediate service.
