Lovely people. Very helpful. Just be aware there are a lot of stairs to climb. There are a few rooms on the ground floor so if you have mobility issues, maybe ask for one of those. Also, the breakfast is pretty small. And no restaurant at night. But that’s ok. The people were so kind, it makes up for all that.

Well done restored historic property in a great location: walking distance to museums, bazaars, and historic sites. Lots of levels and courtyards provided great variety of spaces. The staff were fantastic- very accommodating and helpful despite the language barrier (Google translate was used a lot). The breakfast was a feast. They even made a special early breakfast for me when I had to catch an early bus.

Some music venues in the neighborhood were loud, but quiet after midnight. Turning on the A/C and the thick walls solved that issue.

Yasmeen and her family did an amazing job transforming this property! This ex-monestary/chruch turned boutique hotel is gorgeous! The staff is very welcoming and super lovable! It felt like home! They are so kind! The property is updated and amazing! Breakfast was delicious! Definitely stay here! Seconds walk to downtown.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast, great communication. Everything I was hoping for during my visit. They provide contact for a guide, Ridvan DERIN, whose English was excellent and mot only lead a fantastic tour but also was fun to talk to about local culture. This is the place to stay,

The manager overruled our guide's dinner recommendation and we ended up in a place where we were seriously ripped off. The hotel collected from us cash for a transfer in an old yellow cab at the sane price as our arrival in a sleek Audi

The breakfast was outstanding; the location was good and the ambience of the old hotel was great. The staff were great, friendly and helpful and the owner has a passion to renovate the old house. Try the Kurdish coffee.

Position was noisy with restaurant music next door; expensive room for the facilities offered; no clear instructions on parking.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich Sie bemühen sich alles für ihre reise perfekt zu machen. Bei unsere Aufenthalt war am 2 tag der strom weg und es gab kein Generator weshalb es fast mehr als 24 std gedauert hat bis das strom wieder da war. Nach langen Diskussion mit der Rezeption hat sich die Chefin frau Yasemin gemeldet und mir ein andere Unterkunft für diese 24 std angeboten was ich natürlich angenommen habe. Der Mitarbeiter Hasan ist der zuvorkommend und zuverlässigste Mitarbeiter ob wohl er seit paar tage neu angefangen hat die andere war auch freundlich bis auf dem Manager Herr Fatih der sich selten mit ein freundlich Gesicht begrüßt hat. Das Hotel ist klein aber sehr schön. die zimmer wo ich war war etwas zu klein aber okey die Sauberkeit war sehr sauber. Ich bedanke mich an alle die sich mühe geben haben auch die chefin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
