"Absolutely disappointed 😞 stay."

The General Manager Barb was awesome. She is polite and well organised. She is so kind.

The room which was showcased in the photos at the time of booking was completely different then the room we stay. It was 180 degree opposite. They show different room in Booking.com but in actual it is not. The luggage store door was damaged. The kitchen cabinets were not fixed. The bed were uncomfortable. I was literally shocked to see. People were smoking weeds in the surrounding. The shower was very slow. The maintenance team once a month to fix issue. You have to stay in what situation you check-in.

It's was comfortable and convenient to Utsouthwestern and people were nice . It was quiet and loved that I could cook

We didn't like that the TV cable didn't work and dirty under beds with lint
