InTown Suites Extended Stay Dallas TX - Love Field Airport

I purposely requested a non-smoking room with a queen bed, and was introduced to a smoking room, with a twin bed. I was very displeased that I did not even check in.

If I could give them a Zero star, I would. I made my reservation on Expedia for this hotel and based on my reservation, I supposed to check out on Sunday by 11 AM. I left the hotel a few days before Sunday but , knowing that I paid for until Sunday morning, I left my air fryer inside so I can come back and take it with me, when I would come back on Sunday morning before my check out time. When I come back to the suite on Sunday morning, my air fryer was missing. I called the after hours number because this hotel has nobody at the front desk on Sunday at any part of the day. The lady who answered the phone told me that she has no idea about what happened to my air fryer and that I should call the office on Monday to ask about it. When I called on Monday, the front desk lady who called herself the manager, she would not answer my number. I spent a few days calling and, she would never answer the phone. This is when I realized that they stole my air fryer. In addition to my stolen air fryer, I had some other bad experiences at this hotel too. Their mattress has big gap in the middle that makes it unable to support your back and make you feel that you are about to fell down while you are on it. At night you will meet with a lot of junkie people in the hallways and around the parking lot, smoking and drinking alcohol. A morning, while I was about to go out, I saw a police car in front of the entrance and a bunch of people talking to them. I could guess some crime happened.

The room was nice, everything was in the surrounding area. But upon 12 hrs of staying there, I woke up to a bed bugs under my covers. Something told me to get up and good thing I did or I would've got bitten. Also there was a roach in the bathroom and stove didn't work. And soon as I reported everything, I was told to get out and I was not allowed to stay at an in town suite again!!!!! All my money was refunded. I was planning on staying there for a few months until I got situated because I just moved to Texas and that was the thanks I got!!

The hotel was below zero. The pics were absolutely, positively not represented in the photos. They lock the hotel down at 7pm for safety. I did not stay. I could not stay.

The room has not been updated in decades. The smell in the entire hotel was moldy, musty and snelled of smoke. The bed, bedding was outrageously old.

Vehicle was parked in front of the office someone tried to steal it and got the same excuse they had no way of finding out who did it but they have cameras everywhere if it had been something done to them it would have been a different story Stayed there before and the same thing happened to my vehicle's
