On the positive side, the view from the room was breathtaking, offering a serene escape. The in-room dining was also impressive, with delicious food delivered promptly. The staff’s responsiveness and helpful attitude were commendable, which slightly made up for the initial hiccups.

When we checked in, the experience started off poorly as the heater was not working, and there was no hot water in the bathroom. After raising the issue with the staff, they quickly arranged for a room change, which was appreciated. However, frequent power cuts throughout our stay were a major inconvenience.
