Location was perfect. Right on the bank of the Swat river. They have placed chairs on the balcony -- right in front of the door- and also on the edge of Swat river. We had our tea and breakfast outside on the bank and that was awesome. When we reached we are shown rooms on both (simple) and executive portion and was given the choice to choose form either. As the name suggests, Executive potion was recently built and with new furniture. Food was cooked on site and was great too.

They need to pay more attention to the cleanliness on the corners though. We move the beds and under the beds it was dust. There was also dust on the top of beds.
