Barceló Fuerteventura Royal Level - Adults Only 

The royal level needs more attention. As it is now it's just overpriced The Brazilian needs air-condition

Pool temperature. Spacious rooms comfy beds. The sea view, but I wish it was clear that the Royal Level Sea View is actually the Family Club you are booking. The bad points unfortunately out way the good points. I have been to other Barcelo resorts, but this one was well under the normal standard.

When we got to our room there was a man inside the bedroom painting the walls. Then the handle came off the toilet door because the door was rotting. There was building work and lots of rubbish and old furniture dumped outside our window. The reception only offered to move us to the room next door. The complex for Royal Sea View is actually an old building with peeling walls. The bedroom wardrobe is old, and the drawers smell of damp.The pool furniture table collapsed, dropping all our drinks. The description is deceptive. They should make it clear you are booking the Family Club, it is mostly babies and young children. No lifts, very few sun umbrellas. There is no entertainment or activities in this area. The pool is very small. Many kids are playing ball or jumping in on top of you. The bar has no food except toasty. You have to go across a road with lots of big delivery trucks. The food was cold at breakfast, and the bread and salad were stale. Information was badly communicated and confusing. The app didn't work for us. I did bring these matters to the Royal Level Reception, but they didn't care. The female I spoke to was very patronising. I had to wait a lot because the Royal Reception staff were always on the phone or dealing with many other guests complaining. They don't even offer you a welcome drink, and we were thirsty after having to go back to reception 3 times before we got our room. Along a road away from everything.

C’était Magnifique et franchement Allez-y c’est top. Je n’ai pas l’habitude d’écrire des commentaires mais là je dois absolument le faire!!! Barcelo Fuerteventura Royal Adult Only, c’est vraiment calme, vous n’entendrez pas d’enfants qui pleurent cris courent partout… Tout d’abord c’est vraiment reposant calme . Le personnel staff est très professionnel sympa au petit soin! L’ambiance la musique bar lounge jazz est très classe. La piscine est superbe. J’avais lu beaucoup de commentaires comme quoi il n’y a pas assez de transat à la pisicne mais c’est Faux! Il y en a vraiment pour tout le monde croyez moi, et j’y ai séjourné en juillet pour vous dire! Le buffet est varié et copieux, vous avez vraiment tout: des fruits, légumes, viandes, saumon fumé , pleins de sortes de fromages, saucissons apéro, même du caviar, et quelques petites pâtisseries ! Il y a du choix. Pour ceux qui se plaignent, franchement je ne comprends pas. Sachez qu’en étant au Barcelo Fuerteventura Royal Level vous pouvez allez manger gratuitement au Barcelo Fuerteventura Mar et Barcelo Fuerteventura Castillo qui sont à coté, c’est le même groupe. Les chambres sont grandes 48m2 . Ce sont de petites maisonnettes avec une terrasse. C’est vraiment sympa, ça en vaut vraiment le coup d’y séjourner!

Il faut noter que si vous demandez de l’eau au restaurant ce n’est pas compris dans le buffet, il faut payer.
