Variety of facilities, lovely and clean, friendly staff, great variety of food, room was lovely, great location

The app didn’t work for me which meant limited access to bookings and resort information. I would prefer if the same content could be used via website instead of an app

We came to this hotel after the original hotel we booked was disgusting, this hotel is amazing. Especially the royal level adults only. 5 star service, golf buggies to take you places, welcome drinks at every meal and on arrival, lindor chocolate and turn down service, amazing food. Overall was more like a 5 star.
