We booked a small room and we got a small room, perhaps smaller than expected.

Perfect location if you are visiting the North Bay area of Scarbourough and especially the open air theatre. Parking was right outside the hotel and exceptional value for money. Only a 20 minute walk into the main town centre. Breakfast was delicious and felt good value for money.

Room was small and when you opened the bathroom door it hit the end of the bed. Not enough room in the bathroom to store items and overall the room was very cramped. There are other bigger rooms in the hotel which I imagine are very nice. Room was very clean and good stock of tea and coffee, with options to have more if you ran out of milk cartons.

Lovely clean well presented property with friendly, welcoming hosts.

Maybe blackout blinds for the summer.
