Great communication and welcoming hosts. Room was nicely decorated and bed and pillows comfortable. Nice powerful shower. Location was fantastic for our planned gig. Breakfast worth the money, lots of options and tasty full english. We would definitely stay again.

Couple of extra biccies in the room would have made it an even better stay.

Location was great for Scarborough open air theatre, room was lovely and clean, bed was comfy and breakfast was good, owners welcoming and friendly.

Clean, tidy, friendly and professional

Beautiful property in the lovely Peasholm area of Scarborough. We travelled by train and it was a 20 minute walk from the station to the hotel which was easy to find and we were met by the owner on arrival. The room was spacious and overlooked the lovely Peasholm Park and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and there were comfy sofas to sit on and look out of the window. Plenty of choice for breakfast which was cooked well and served with a smile.
