Peaceful family home w patio & yard

Close to bus stops and a good pub. The property is 20 minutes away from the centre of Oxford and buses are regular. Having three bedrooms was a positive. WiFi good.

Beds were soft. If you don’t like a firm mattress then you’re fine. If not…

I gave the owners 3 chances to resolve issues, all i received back is they like to give a 5 star service, well its far from it. Not very clean, there was an awful sewage smell coming from the downstairs bathroom,rotten woodwork,no working expelair to try & get rid of smell. Kitchen dirty, plug didn't fit sink so washing up difficult, no washing-up bowl. Setee had dirty stains on seats, covered with throws. Back garden really uncared for. also they share part of it with neighbours with a gated drive, so you are reliant on the neighbour closing it, so difficult if you have children or dogs. We messaged the owners 3 times! and nothing resolved, not even a washing up bowl! It seems they are just in it for the money & not customer satisfaction. Problems have been raised by other guests if you read old reviews & the replies from the owners speak from themselves. It's a shame as with a bit of care & attention this could be a nice place to stay.

Great location, cosy, feels right at home, so close to the city centre

I only say this as a warning to other dog owners, the next door neighbours garden is accessed through the garden of this property, they also store their bikes inside the entrance to the garden, if you have reactive or protective dogs be warned that people might walk in when your dogs are the garden
