Three Cranes Serviced Apartments

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I used booking.com for years and never had a problem. This however was a whole other level! The pictures I saw were completely different to the small and uncomfortable place I was given. Broken chair in the kitchen and uncomfortable sofa but the worst thing was that there was NO HOT WATER and NO HEATING! I tried to contact the host and they came back straight away to say there had been a bursted pipe and they were trying to sort it out. They never gave me the choice to cancel and only let me know about it a few hours into arriving at the venue and only after I informed them that there was no heating. I asked for an electric heater and then about the hot water and I had no reply at all, nothing! Vanished! I was freezing. I was there for work and I deliver trainings at University and after in the morning I could not shower or have a shave or wash! I raised it with booking.com and asked for a refund and the host offered £10, this is how much they care about your stay.

It was a lovely size apartment, great location

The rooms were fantastic and the staff were so nice and helpful

I had a very spacious and comfortable apartment which was well equipped and peaceful as it looked onto a courtyard.

Not much it was great.
