"Such a shame as used to feel very premium 😢"

Stopped in the past, unfortunately standards appear to have slipped.

The room was not clean, mirrors badly smeared, towels marked, rubbish at the side of bed on floor and under bed. No staff on site anymore, meaning nothing being monitored. The smell of cannabis was awful throughout the buildings, especially in the corridors but smell was coming into the room. Window locks broken so couldn't even leave windows in room open when out.

No knife No larger pan No colander Couldn’t see a wine glass NO HOT WATER Bathroom smelled Disturbed by very loud shouting within the corridor in the middle of the night
