Three Cranes Serviced Apartments

Loved how they have done the building out perfect location into the centre clean and tidy all round. Just good for commuters and locals like me.

Burn on bedroom carpet and no forks in the kitchen drawer. Thats it really not anything else

This apartment was great! It was cosy, clean and well heated. The process to enter the apartment was straightforward. A real home away from home.

Nothing I didn’t like

Room was so lovely! Bigger than expected and very clean and comfortable!!! Great value for money, we had a lovely stay 🤗

I did like the hotel was easy to reach by tram, just a bit of a five minute walk by foot and we were there! The room looked clean and the bed was quite cozy. It was very affordable, and it was within walking distance of a Lidl and Tesco Express. I also appreciate how forward they were with the instructions on how to access the room, as its a self check-in/check-out process.

There were no instructions in how to use the microwave, I felt pretty dumb as I was pushing buttons like a maniac trying to get it to work, eventually I did but it would have been nice is there had been a guide; same goes for the exhaust fan, that we could not figure out. The kitchen knives were not sharpened and it was a nightmare trying to cut the food as we were in the process of cooking. I do understand if they are meant to be a little dull for security purposes? But it was too dull to cut. We also found some ants crawling around the kitchen the moment we arrived. The floorboards also creaked a lot, and despite being clear on the reservation that it would be 2 people there was only 1 towel provided. The WiFi was also not working properly.

Es wahr überhaupt nicht sauber,Handtücher sehr schmutzig, braun(vielleicht vergessen worden zu wechseln) Besteck oder Geschirr teilweise unbrauchbar,oder nicht vollständig🙈

It was a good size room and bed and a very good local for the price, shower was very nice too.

The towers where not clean, all 3 towers were damp....we did bring our own so didn't care too much but the mirror in the bathroom and the screen to the shower was dirty...on top of this it was one of the worst night sleeps due to a constant knocking in the pipework within the room, i assume for heating. Started around 3am and woke us up. Didn't stop all morning.

Check in was very easy. Room was comfortable. Staff were nice to deal with and helpful.

It was a bit noisy when other guests were coming in and out.
