"I think 20 years ago, this would have been a great motel"

Good location

Everything was worn out. The bed had slumped on both sides from overwear, wasn’t comfortable and should be replaced. The bath was a bit past its best, the drain was flaking and rusty. The toilet bucked forwards off the wall when you sat on it and got up. The kitchen supplies were worn out, pots, pans, appliances were distressed
