Richter Pass Beach Resort

The rooms are actually better than the photos.

Location was nice, and the check in process was super easy and convenient.

Not very clean, bed wasn't comfortable, paper thin walls so you can hear every person moving and speaking in other rooms.

No stairs to worry about, easy parking The location was lovely and the gardens and benches along the foreshore were very well kept and manicured. A lovely Italian Style Restaurant opposite supermarket had delicious pizza.

Wires hanging in kitchen, filthy entrance, horrible mattress,woke up with sore neck and back.

Getting a list of "to do" things prior to leaving. And the total lack of decent lights. Oh, and a non-working tv. (at least we didn't get it to work).

The location of my room was wonderful -- so close to a beautiful beach and a swimmable lake. The staff were super-helpful and the room was spotless and extremely well-equipped.

I suggested that the resort include some teabags in the room for people who don't drink coffee and also change the opening of the fridge door to improve access.
