Room was a good size, close to the airport. Staff were friendly.

Aircon didn't work well initially. Pool had a lot of dirt and it's floating in it.

food , location, space and staff are very approachable.

baby food should be free, mosquitoes in the pool area should be properly handled. food should be delivered a bit quickly. Most of the time i stayed , ac was problematic and needed to change the room .

Food for small babies should not be chargeable as it is a standard thing when you are charging around 5000 for one night.

Really nice professional hotel. We stayed here ready for an early bus and it exceeded expectations. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean and well facilitated. The location was perfect, we were able to walk around Bharatpur and to the bus station easily. The breakfast was a lovely buffet and it was a reasonable price.
