Absolutely nothing

The fact that I booked my room more than 7 days in advance and received a confirmation number, but when we showed up to check in,there was no room. The only employee on site called his manager to inquire as to why there wasn't an available room and was informed that she canceled it and refunded our money. The #1 problem with this scenario was that I received NO notification of the cancelation! So, arrive in town after a 4 hour flight and a 1 hour drive, with MY KIDS, only to be informed the MANAGER canceled my booking with NO NOTICE.

Every thing was good

I like the upgraded rooms and a affordable weekly price it was like the old days as far as price range I loved it and I’m coming back to stay for a while

I like that the property had a kitchenette

I did not like the fact that they advertise that they provide clean linens, clean towels, toilet paper you know all the stuff normal hotels provide, and they refused to provide for us said that we had to buy our own. Also wash our own towels and sheets and I stayed there a week with no room service whatsoever, but the manager of the property sure helped herself to my room why we weren’t there and she admittedly told me she went in my room without it being an emergency that is illegal Also, every time you go in to talk to the property manager she’s on the phone with her boyfriend or her kids are at anyone else has nothing to do with work but we have to stand around and wait on her to get off the phone nor does she ever do she just tells them to hold on And continues to converse with him while she’s doing her job
