InTown Suites Extended Stay Select Dayton OH- Miamisburg

Everything within the room was wonderful, along with laundry room as well. The smoking areas were nice with buttbuckets . The only problem was the front desk clerk/ manager named Rachel, who put on my door a note about no smoking in my room, of which I accidentally did smoke half of a cig while I was on the phone, flush it when I remembered, that was the 31st July. Then after I received the note landlord knocked on my door 2nd August and said I've been smoking I admitted to my forgetting on July 31st and did smoke half cigarette and apologized and told her I didn't mean to And it wasn't going to happen again. She knocked on my door once again on the 8th just before 2pm the day before my day to leave and said I've been smoking, I said I don't know which she smelled my cheap laundry detergent or stinky air freshener but it was not from smoking in my room. She said she'd be back to check my room, she never did.

very very loud construction when I was trying to work during the day. lots of noise & slamming doors at night

There was no breakfast. The walls are paper thin and EVERYTHING is heard including barking dogs in the middle of the night of which there were supposed to be none....STRICT NO PETS POLICY....LOL. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. About the only positive was hot water in the shower.

Almost everything including very odd smells, I assume from the renovations/construction going on. No breakfast, no one to get extra towels from (given 2 at the start of stay for an entire week). No maid/cleaning service. That no one enforced the NO PETS policy and was awoken multiple times at 2-3 AM by dogs barking on my floor, above my floor, and beneath my floor (multiple units had dogs and no one enforced anything). AC/fan unit did not work and air became very stale/stuffy so I had to keep opening window and then freezing after a few minutes, close it, then repeat the process.

I like the fact that it's on the bus route to my job. It's clean, the staff is friendly, it's quiet and it's surrounded by plenty of stuff to do.
