Hex Wildlife Hotel

Great stay which could be improved with a proper chair in the room, as grandparents sitting on a beanbag is quite a challenge. Restaurant service was appalling and very poor response to complaints. The whole complex was clean and child friendly. Great wildlife park and the festive illuminations were fabulous

The male receptionist was extremely miserable and obviously didn't enjoy his job. Beds and bath on the small side. Generous amount of drinks in the room and good facilities. Very noisy banging from the rooms above started at 6am until check out. Volume on the TV was broken. Overall ok but could be better.

Super hotel. This is the second time we have stayed now. Really well soundproofed rooms and comfortable beds. Great breakfast too

Extremely welcoming and friendly staff, wonderfully clean throughout the hotel and the room was very clean, modern and comfortable with great view of the park

Stayed one night after visiting the illuminations which were amazing. Room was really clean, smelt lovely plenty of towels/toiletries in bathroom. Tea coffee ect provided also a fridge and safe were in the room. Paid for breakfast loads of choices something for everyone well presented

Kids loved it

Once again, it was a fantastic stay at Hex. The room is so inviting from the comfortable bed to the fluffy towels. All staff members were friendly, and although we didn't need them, I overheard support they were offering to others, which was fantastic. This will be our third stay as a couple and will definitely be staying again.

Another fantastic stay. Very comfortable bed, love the decor. Extremely friendly staff throughout. Buffet breakfast is excellent. It’s incredible value for money when booked in advance. Thank you for our anniversary card and gift in the room, such a nice gesture.

The staff are very helpful and the check in process was very straightforward. Very clean and spacious hotel foyer. The hotel room was very spacious and clean with easy to use air con and a fridge.
