Saint-Gervais Hotel and Spa

Lovely hotel and spa - clean, nice rooms, bar and live music on one day we were here… One thing I would mention is that for late arrivals, please help arrange a taxi for guests coming from the train station in addition to providing information about places to eat after 9:30-10pm. We were led to believe by reception there were no restaurants open after 10pm hour but later discovered the entire village with options including take out pizza late night. Looks like a training opportunity for reception staff…

Overpriced. Service needs improving. Room: Arrived in the room and one of the towels was blatantly dirty. Reception replaced it but I would not expect it in a 4* hotel. Aircon was freezing cold and was impossible to control. Reception said they could control it from remote but I was still cold for the entire night. Good thing was the duvet was nice and thick. Bathroom sinks were not draining, Reception sent a handyman to fix it. Done. Gret job in fixing the issue in real time but again, i wouldn't expect it in a 4 * hotel. Dinner in the hotel: tagliata steak was ok but not worth €29. Pizza prosciutto e funghi with truffle paste was excellent. The whole experience was of a 3* hotel.

Sejour parfait. Personnel aimable et serviable. Petit déjeuner copieux. Chambre spacieuse. SPA très bien même si piscine et jacuzzi un peu petit. Globalement rien à redire .

Nice hotel in a great location. Would like to return in the winter.

We loved it being close to the town centre with their shops and restaurants. The hotel itself has a good restaurant too. The rooms have a lovely little balcony with a great view of the mountains.

Cozy Hotel. The rooms are good and clean, just need a bit of tidying up. Good access logistics to the slopes. Excluding some people from the reception, the service is rude and arrogant. It's strange that in a tourist area, hospitality employees only know how to speak French. I don't remember being treated so poorly in a hotel. A course in good manners and etiquette is necessary.
