A special mention to Mr. Eeranna at the reception – he was exceptionally kind, always ready to help, and made the stay even more comfortable with his courteous attitude. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The check-in was quick and smooth, and the manager, Bikash, was very friendly and professional. He made sure all our needs were taken care of and even gave us a few local tips for sightseeing. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic facilities like a kettle, TV, clean towels, and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The highlight of our stay was the food. The in-house chef, Kamlesh, prepared delicious and homely meals. We especially loved the breakfast—simple but tasty, and served fresh every morning.
