"The stay was pleasant with staff being very helpful in fulfilling our requests"

The staff was very good and helpful. The receptionish Eranna was very accommodating and helpful. The facility of clean and had all required amenities. Breakfast was good. Hotel had car park which was quite very good as I had car. Good Hot water supply and comfortable beds.

indoor is good and clean but the outdoor is bad.

"Excellent Stay and Humble Staff"

This is a good place to stay.the were very warm and friendly. I traveled alone for business purpose. This is my first stay in this Hotel Everything was good Breakfast in the morning Buffet excellent. there is also room service,the sheets and toiletries are changed everyday.Special thanks to Gulzar, Erana.

"Overall Experience too Good"

Hotel is located in AECS Layout which is one of the best localities in Bangalore, with good restaurants, connectivity and great vibe. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were courteous and quick to address any issues, from cable subscription to plumbing. Internet was good enough for my work and entertainment.

Although the complimentary breakfast was great, food from the in-house kitchen could have been better.

"It actually is not as it seems in photos."

Nothing

The rooms were not clean. There was a foul odour. The bedsheets and quilt were dirty. It had stains on it. The room is not as it seems in the pictures. I would rate this as a 2 star hotel.

The cook was very caring in terms of what customer actually need in their food .Food was very good and cleanliness with maintainence was given proper care.Staff was very professional and polite .I had a great experience 😊😊
