קודם כול המקום נראה מדהים, ממוקם סמוך לחוף ויש ממנו נוף נהדר. לאחר מכן המתקנים שלו ברמה גבוהה וניכר שחשוב להם השירות וישנה תודעת שירות גבוהה שמורגשת מהשנייה שבה ירדתי מהמונית והגיע עובד המלון לעזור לי עם הדברים עד הרגע שהוביל אותי לחדרי ועזר לי עם הדברים. במהלך השהות שלי במלון היו לי מספר שאלות בנוגע למסעדות-מאכלים עזרה בתפעול של החדר וכמה נוספות איתן עובדי הקבלה עזרו לי בחיוך ובכול דבר, במיוחדת עובדת בשם Jasmine שחייכה עזרה וגרמה לי להרגיש בנוח לשאול הכול. לקראת סיום שהותי במלון החלטתי שאני רוצה להאריך בלילה נוסף ו Jasmine עזרה לי בשינוי החדר שעשיתי(הזמנתי שנית מבוקינג ולא אותו חדר) הקדימה לי את הצאק אין שלא אחכה וגם דאגה לשאול לגבי הקומה בה אני מעוניין להיות ואפילו אם אני חפץ בנוף לים. חוויה נהדרת ואשמח לחזור לשם שוב!

"Exceptional"

I had a great stay at Citadines Marina Halong. The hotel is modern, clean, and offers beautiful views of the bay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the facilities were excellent. I especially loved the gym — it’s spacious, well-equipped, and has a great view, which made working out much more enjoyable. The infinity pool and rooftop area are also highlights, perfect for relaxing after a day out.

"Great hotel within a ghost town"

The executive suite was great, but the apartments are actually separate rooms altogether (side by side). This could have been more clear. Rooms are clean, facilities (gym, pool) are great, and staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The options to eat in the restaurant are fairly limited. Don't expect many western options in the surrounding area, we found it to be quite a ghost town. Seems like most people come here to stay whilst doing the Ha Long Bay Cruise. We stayed here an extra few days after and it did feel slightly deserted.

Location, foods, staffs was very kind polite and very helpful, beautiful view from my balcony. Peaceful and quite. Credit goes to all the staff there for providing great customer service. Especially Trisha and this 1 guy I completely forgot his name but he was very nice and helpful to recommend a good barber shop. I would definitely go back, if i ever go back to Ha long Bay.
