Pool was nice, everything was clean, staff in restaurants was friendly

You can not swim in the ocean at the beach. Nobody tells you this in advance. Reception staff is unfriendly. When checking out the staff member told us we took a plate which was totally untrue we did not even use the plates or cutlery. Western food in restaurant is not good. The receptionists also do not speak english and are not interested in being friendly and helpful at all. It is not 5 star standard, but for the price I guess it is ok.

The staff was fantastic, breakfast was great, and the room was perfect.

We booked this stay very last minute just a couple hours before we checked in and did not know that the hotel would not provide a bed for my son even though we booked for two adults and 1 child. When we asked, they wanted pretty much double the amount we paid for the room which we refused. Then we asked for a blanket so he could sleep on the couch and they wanted us to pay for that as well. Very odd and inhospitable. Luckily they ended up making it right.

הכל: 2 בריכות (חיצונית ומקורה לימים גשומים), מסעדה במלון ברמה הכי גבוהה שפגשתי בוייטנאם, חדר משחקים לילדים, מכונת כביסה ומקרר בחדר. ליד חוף ים מהמם עם בר ושוק לילה (מאכזב). והכי חשוב הנוף פשוט מהפנט. המלון הכי שווה
