Pool was shut down and had been for months without telling anyone until after check in. Room was dirty and outside of doors to hotel all the way around that are supposed to be opened by key card had all the latches taped so they never locked

"Excellent"

We had a mountain view and great veiw of the Ohio river. The heater in the pool was not working so we couldnt go swimming but the staff was great

Overall it was a clean hotel very friendly and helpful staff but the pool and hot tub didn’t work and I don’t call a thermos of coffee and Walmart pop tarts contanental breakfast

Very friendly staff and great at accommodating your needs !!! Only problem I had was the dust on on lamp shades as my nose didn’t like but all else was good!!
