Gostamos muito do Hotel, seja pela disposição do quarto, seja pelo excelente café da manhã saboroso: bem servido com várias opções, seja pela equipe (recepção, manutenção, serviço de quarto) todos muito simpáticos e solícitos. A comodidade oferecida de transporte para o Santuário (ônibus) ou estacionamento no Santuário sem custo adicional, mais o acesso a Cidade do Romeiro e ao Caminho do Rosário e restaurante com opção de buffet no almoço e jantar são diferenciais de qualidade na estadia.

Sugerimos disponibilizar um bebedouro fora do ambiente do restaurante, o que facilita para consumo de água, evitando ter que adentrar o restaurante para colher água.
