O atendimento ao cliente foi muito bom. As acomodações são excelentes. O ambiente externo do Hotel é aconchegante. As refeições, café da manhã e almoço, maravilhosos.

Instalações ótimas, assim como o café da manhã, equipe da recepção e do restaurante. Hotelaria perfeita mesmo com tanta gente hospedada! Facilidade para ir a Cidade do Romeiro.

Horários de translado da Basílica para o hotel. No sábado querendo ir para o hotel existe o horário de 17:30h da tarde só vai ter mais um translado ás 19h/19:30h, muito tempo esperando e o fluxo de pessoas é enorme. O aplicativo de transporte é proibido de operar lá dentro, as distâncias são muito grandes (dentro da Basílica) e só resta esperar um taxi que demora a chegar e custa vinte e cinco reais. O preço é tabelado: indo dali para a rodoviária, para o hotel ou imediações.

A localização é muito boa, o hotel oferece transporte gratuito para o Santuario facilita muito .

As camas não estavam em boas condições. Colchão muito irregular.
