we did appreciate the beautiful view and the convenient location of the hotel

Unfortunately, what we experienced was far from what was advertised. The hotel does not match the photos shown online, and the swimming pool is located far from our room, which was not mentioned beforehand. Breakfast was especially disappointing. Yesterday, only two plates with eggs were brought for four people. There were no individual servings, and no proper explanation was given. We assumed everyone would get their own plate, but we were wrong—two of us were left without food. Additionally, the room only has one shower, even though it was supposed to accommodate two couples. We were expecting separate shower areas or at least better arrangements for sharing. Overall, we are very unhappy with the service and feel that it does not meet the standards promised during booking.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional especially from the receptionist, Alex, who was absolutely amazing. Alex went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and always greeting us with a warm smile. The hotel facilities were also top-notch. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the amenities from the pool and jacuzzi to other areas were excellent. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. All in all, a fantastic experience. A huge thank you to Alex for the outstanding hospitality—we’ll definitely be returning!

The breakfast was good but could have been better if some fresh fruits were offered. The beds were nice. The dehumidifier in the interior room was a great facility in cave room environments.

TV not working and unable to fix , No kettle until checking . Ground floor Toilets too dark. The water in the Hot Tub was dirty and moldy.

Stayed overnight to continue on to the airport for return home! Although stay was quite abbreviated, I would return in a heartbeat.

The design inside the rooms was nice.

Misleading. There are two locations. They share the photos of the one with a view on the Caldera. We arrived and were in a room with no view. The pool area doesn't have enough shade. The breakfast was pitiful. Felt like we got caught in a tourist trap honestly, places like this are what Santorini a one and done. Shout out to the host who was understanding and tried to help with what limited resources he could. Overall there are options at similar price ranges but beware, Santorini is in general a blistering hot Disneyland.

Every day my partner and I would say how lucky we are to have found this place in Santorini, given how much of a trap so many properties can be. Please read the last point!! 1. The location is fantastic as you’re close to walk to some great places to eat and see whilst still being far away enough from the hectic Fira. 2. The property itself is finished to a high quality, and one of the best parts of it is that the pool is hidden from the public eye, which cannot be said about a lot of other places on the island. 3. Last but most importantly - the customer service and communication. Alex and Fay were SO KIND and supportive and communicative from before the trip and during it - they were always on hand to help and always went the extra mile to make sure you had the best stay possible. You always felt so special and treated like family there, and it’s why I’ll wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone thinking of going to Santorini.

Literally the only thing which wasn’t good was the breakfast, but that’s not a reason at all to not book this place as it is still fantastic value for money AND there are great breakfast places nearby!

I did not like many thangs for example, the staff are not cooperative with us, when we ask them to bring something, for example, new towels, shampoo bottles or even tea bags , they did not response at all or they say ( we do not have ), or even if we ask for water bottles, they say that we should pay for water bottle, however, the water should be free .
