Had a fantastic 3 day stay , great location at Newby Bridge. A really clean room with good towels and bedding. Good quality breakfast and beautiful garden. We hope to return.

Lovely little guesthouse. Perfect for a weekend trip away. Brilliant base to explore Bowness, Ambleside and Kendal. Warm welcome and easy check out. Would recommend

We really enjoyed our two-night stay at this guest house and would recommend it. Very good location near to Windermere, avoiding the crowds. It was so handy having parking, as lots of accommodation in the area can’t provide it. We had the continental breakfast option, great value and quality - gorgeous coffee! The bedding and sheets were high quality and we slept so well. Always plenty of hot water and I loved the scent of the toiletries. The gardens were pretty and we met Frank, the host, who was very nice.

Fantastic stay Frank couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely return so relaxing !
