Lovely guest house. Owner was really helpful, and room really clean. Good beds, shower, facilities, garden. Lots of parking and great location. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Great host made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and tidy. Enjoyed our stay. I will stay here again, anytime i visit the lakes. You wont be disappointed.

A very peaceful and lovely stay. The room was very clean and very well maintained and had a great view of a lovely little garden outside. Our sudden plan to have our breakfast in the same place was yet another great decision. It was a Continental breakfast at its best. We really enjoyed the food and Frank took great care of us. Thank you very much , Frank for giving us a very warm send off from Lake District!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lakes End, where we were well looked after by Frank. Our room was spotless and well maintained during our stay with room refreshments restocked each day. We enjoyed the breakfast available which set us up well for our day's out.
