Terrific food and excellent service by Sarah! The staff were so welcoming, and the food was delivered perfectly on time. Will definitely be returning back.

Left my phone charger in the room. I messaged the hotel through booking.com on the same day I had my travel guide to call them on the same day I personally went there the next day, and the reception staff had me waiting for one hour, without offering me a single glass of water, telling me “we are looking for your stuff” and then no answer for another hour. Then I had to leave. In the middle of South Sudan I’m telling them that I don’t have my phone charger, and no one offered to properly help. Or even offer me help to charge my phone while waiting!! I went back two days later, when I stayed again. Again told them I am waiting for my charger and cable to be returned to me. Because it was forgotten on the desk next to the bed, very easy to spot by the first person to enter the room after me. Clearly kept by the cleaning stuff or maintenance, whoever goes first. Again nothing returned to me. This is not how you treat your clients in a 5 star hotel. I’m sorry

It was perfect experience! Waitress Sarah is a very professional and lovely! Definitely loved it. I recommend it to visit!

It’s been amazing enjoyed every part but sauna was not working so I hope next time it’s gone be working thank you 🥰 Gum is an amazing attendant
