Radisson Blu Hotel, Juba

The Breakfast was excellent. The food generally was of a very high standard. The staff are very friendly. The management are approachable and willing to remedy any small lapses in service making the hotel an enjoyable place to stay.

The bar and restaurant staff get confused between the pricing of the same item being sold in the Bar and Restaurant (at very different prices). it is embarrassing for the customer to have to point this out. The customer is entitled to order from the wine menu presented and pay the price shown in the menu regardless of which part of the hotel the staff obtain the wine from.

スタッフはとても親切で、特殊な国なので相談に応えてもらえるのはとてもありがたい。西洋の感覚で宿泊できる。

リバービューの部屋を予約したが町ビューの部屋をアサインされたので、Booking.comのプランは当てにならないのかもしれない。ドライヤーがない。
