The staff were welcoming and great on communicating the hotel's services.

The room service charge for breakfast to be delivered to the room was more costly than the breakfast itself. I don't know the rational behind the price but it seems the hotel is trying to discourage guests from having breakfast in the room. Please adjust on room service charge specially for breakfast.

"Rooms are squeaky clean."

Friendly staff, especially at the Bartelli Italian Restaurant. Customer service was amazing

Ceilings not sound proof, kept hearing noisy shower waters from room upstairs, could be they were doing renovation don’t know. I also booked a room with the Nile view but was given a room with the city view
