Hotel Aruss Semarang

We chose this hotel based on recommendations from colleagues, and we’re so glad we decided to hold our wedding ceremony here! A huge thank you to Pak Tatang for helping us through the entire process. From booking the Mahakam Ballroom to handling our countless room and venue requests! The rooms were clean, and all the staff were incredibly helpful. We will definitely be back to stay at Aruss Hotel!

The thing that really stood out during my stay was how consistently kind the lobby staff were. Every time I passed by, they greeted me warmly, helped with directions. When I needed anything, they handled it fast and calmly, which made everything feel effortless. Honestly, that little bit of hospitality at the lobby made the whole trip feel smoother and more welcoming.

The place already feels super comfy. Room’s clean, cool, and kinda gives that “I can finally relax” vibe after the whole trip. Tried walking around the hotel a bit and the staff were all super friendly, really helpful without being too much. It’s my first time staying here, but so far it’s been smooth and chill

Aruss Hotel is an excellent place to stay while in a bussiness trip or just for staycation. It is located not in a downtown of Semarang but surrounded by many restaurants, shops, cafe, and other nice places. The room was spacious, neat and clean, it has a refrigerator also. The bathroom was nice, and there is a hairdryer which is so helpful for girls. The restaurant is a nice place too for chill out and dine in there. It serves various kind of food for breakfast, and all of them are delicious. It has great pool, gym, and kids zone. The staffs are all friendly and helpful,. They serve us with nice and good service, and so to the other guests. thanks to Ms. Alisya for the service while im staying in Aruss Hotel.

All are exellent.. staff, room, breakfast, cleanlines, parking site, lobby etc This accommodation offers excellent value for money. The personnel were courteous and highly supportive throughout our stay. The facilities are sufficient and well-equipped, set against a lush and serene background in the Upper Semarang area.

Great meeting experience, comfortable room, and good food. However, the room amenities feel basic for the price and could be improved. Special thanks to Kevin from Sales for his excellent support.

Stayed here during a work trip, and honestly it made the whole schedule a lot smoother. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable enough to get proper rest after long meetings. Staff were straightforward and helpful especially Zen, nothing complicated, just easy service. Breakfast did the job too, simple but satisfying. Solid place to stay if you’re in town for work
