Had a short stay here and honestly, super happy with the experience! Kamarnya bersih banget, wangi juga, jadi makin betah. The staff were all really friendly and helpful — bahkan bantu bawa barang dengan cepat dan sigap. Breakfast-nya juga banyak pilihan dan semuanya enak-enak. Totally a comfy place for moms who just want a little healing time while still relaxing in comfort 🩷

A good and new 4-stars hotel. Located near to the exit tol of Jatingaleh, Semarang, which make the hotel is easily accessible for most of the guests. The lobby is compact but nice, the parking lot are adequate, the room is homey, clean, and have a good view. There are a "jogging track" (although I must say it's more like a "walking track") on the 7th floor. The restaurant on the 3rd floor serve various dishes with great taste. the swimming pool on the 3rd floor is kids friendly. The hotel also has kids corner, fitness center (small but great facilities), and also free sauna. With the rate is still reasonable, I highly recommend Hotel Aruss Semarang as one of the best 4-stars hotel in Semarang.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed, especially ms Syafika that i met in lobby. My room was spacious, and had a lovely view. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious menu. Highly recommended thank you Aruss Hotel ❤

Stayed here for a few days while my colleague had some meetings in Semarang. Honestly didn’t expect it to be this nice, the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff were polite and always ready to help. Loved how everything felt well taken care of, really made the trip less tiring.

overall this is a very proper hotel. If you seek comfort than this is the hotel for you. Clean and aesthetic room, good air conditioning, yummy and complete breakfast, excelent hospitality from staffs. Not a single rude staff here (i meet with receptionist, marketing team for meeting room (Pak Satria Bagus), banquett staff (Pak David), IT Technician, Restaurant staff, cheff, etc. All very polite and friendly and helpful.
