"Catastrophique je ne recommande pas à fuir !!!"

Note : 2/10 – Séjour écourté à cause du bruit Points positifs : • Villa bien agencée et fonctionnelle. Points négatifs : • Nuisances sonores insupportables : des enfants ont joué et crié dans la piscine toute la nuit, rendant le sommeil impossible. • Aucun respect des règles : les parents ont ignoré ma demande et se sont montrés désagréables. • Police appelée, mais elle n’a pas pu intervenir dans la résidence. • Qualité d’entretien perfectible (voir photo jointe d’une plinthe abîmée). Conclusion : Séjour gâché, obligé d’écourter ma location. Je demande à Booking un geste commercial ou remboursement partiel, car les conditions de séjour annoncées n’ont pas été respectées.
